From messy process to automation you own

Understand the real process first
Before building, I map how the work actually happens today, including the parts nobody wrote down, and say plainly where automation pays off and where it does not.

Build for the failure case, not just the demo
Error handling, retries, duplicate prevention and alerts go in from the start, because the expensive failures are the silent ones.
- 03
AI where it earns its place
Models read, classify and write. Numbers, eligibility and anything that must be exact are checked in code.

Hand over something you own
Everything runs on your accounts, settings live where you can change them, and you get documentation and a walkthrough.

Questions clients ask first
Are these real builds?
Yes. Each was built and run, and the case studies in this portfolio show the workflows executing. Where a recording showed client data, it has been hidden.
Do you work in n8n or Make.com?
Both, and I will tell you which fits your situation. n8n suits high volume and self-hosting; Make.com suits fast visual builds and teams already on it.
Can you fix an automation someone else built?
Yes. Repairs are a large part of my work, and I start by establishing what the workflow actually processed versus what it should have.
How do projects usually start?
With a short written scope: what happens today, where it breaks and what the finished system must do. You get a clear fixed price or milestone plan from that.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes, through a monthly retainer for maintenance, monitoring and new automations as the business grows.
